By visiting our website or submitting an enrolment enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.
If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Service Description
Sakda Thong provides financial education in the form of structured programmes conducted in Bangkok, Thailand. Our programmes cover practical personal finance topics relevant to adults in or approaching the later stages of their working life.
Sessions are delivered in a small group or one-to-one format, with supporting printed and digital materials. Availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect information.

8. Service-Specific Terms
Bank Statement Reading (1 session)
This is a single half-day workshop. Participants are encouraged to bring real bank statements for use in exercises, though this is not required. Sample statements will be provided. The session covers reading and interpretation only; we do not conduct personalised financial audits.
Voluntary Pension Contribution Planning (3 sessions)
This programme runs over approximately two weeks with three scheduled sessions. Session dates will be agreed upon enrolment. Missing a session does not entitle the participant to a refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to share materials from sessions missed due to documented illness or emergency.
Financial Independence Timeline (6 sessions)
This month-long programme involves six sessions and between-session activities. Active participation is encouraged for the best outcomes. Personal financial information shared during exercises is treated with strict confidence and used solely for the purposes of the educational activity.
9. Disclaimers
Sakda Thong provides financial education — not regulated financial advice. Our programmes are designed to improve participants' knowledge and understanding of personal finance concepts.
Nothing in our sessions, materials, or website constitutes a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. We do not hold a financial advisory licence under Thai law and do not provide individual investment recommendations.
The website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but cannot warrant that all information is current, complete, or free of error.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Thai law, Sakda Thong's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the programmes shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the programme in question.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including lost income, missed investment opportunities, or decisions made based on programme content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
11. Termination
Either party may withdraw from the agreement at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms in Section 7.
We reserve the right to exclude a participant from further sessions — without refund — if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms. We would only exercise this right after first attempting to address the concern directly.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected]. Most concerns can be resolved through a straightforward conversation, and we are committed to finding fair outcomes.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the Consumer Protection Board of Thailand or resolved through the Thai court system.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between us.
- Severability: If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent to the contact address in Section 15. Email is acceptable for day-to-day correspondence.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
For participants mid-way through an enrolled programme, the terms in effect at the time of enrolment confirmation will continue to apply for that programme period, unless a material change is required by law.
